The Rhel'Kaeli Tribe is a young tribe by Protoss standards. It is descended from the Akilae Tribe, and was the first group of Protoss to rally around Darr and his vision of Protoss society, the Savra.
The Rhel'Kaeli's tribal color is astral blue.
History[]
The Rhel'Kaeli Tribe was assembled from Darr's closest allies at the close of the Templari Division. The youthful enthusiasm of the Rhel'Kaeli helped to promote the mandates of the Savra and the ease the fragmented tribes to a lasting peace.
Upon the creation of the caste system, the Rhel'Kaeli came to control the Patriarchal Assembly, thus being the dominant force within the High Council. In addition, the Rhel'Kaeli Tribe operates the Saven'rii. (The High Council Praetor Guard)
