Galaxy Wars is the 3D action/adventure hybrid before Samuel's Quest. This story who tell by Bowser that before Samuel's story to take Brocoloids, Aparoids and Zergs were temporary enemies.

Unlike other games, the three factions will not be merged stories only seperated stories. This primary goal to choose Brocoloids, Aparoids, Zergs and later Final factions.
