The VECTOR Frame, or V-Frame, is an experimental auxiliary module for Terran jetpacks.
A V-frame is powered by a small nuclear fusion generator comparable to a Missile Turret's power cell. This permits the use of ion thrusters for near super sonic speeds in brief bursts. Special harnesses are used to prevent users from being crushed by such high velocities and the extra weight.
Two laser pods are attached to the top part of the frame providing users extra firepower (Gundam Seed Destiny: Meteor system). Additional equipment can be added depending on the user's needs such as missile pods, defense matrix technology, or a nano-repair unit (DC Comics: Astro-Harness).
